  1. We will ship our frozen foods to most parts of the country via UPS. We custom ship, taking distance and season into account, to guarantee unspoiled delivery.
  2. The food is shipped in a styrofoam-lined box within a cardboard box and is wrapped to retain cold. We use a large block of dry ice, wrapped in newspaper, packed on top of the food to keep it forzen.
  3. If you ordered some "Miracle" Food, the box will also contain some simple instructions to make it easier to use and get maximum results from that food.
  4. We guarantee your frozen food will arrive safely. No other shipper of frozen fish foods provides such a guarantee.
